Act Digital Software Engineer interview experience

We talked about the project, the team, and timelines, and I filled out personal information during the process. I was told I’d receive feedback by the end of the weekend, but months went by without any update.

That timing mismatch really stood out for me. The conversation itself didn’t feel hard, but the way they handled follow-up made it hard to respect my time—especially because the delay was so long.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the interview content; it was that promised feedback never arrived, and the whole experience didn’t feel considerate.
