Denver, COPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview day felt disorganized and oddly impersonal.

It came across like a cattle-call setup, and I had the strong sense they already had someone else in mind. Even though the people I met with were physically in the office, they stayed on Zoom because they were too busy to sit in the same room.

What stuck with me wasn’t just the logistics—it was the overall atmosphere. I could see people looking miserable as I went through the calls, and the whole experience felt like a waste of time. By the end, it was hard to believe it was really about fit.
