My recruiter stage started with my CV being selected, so I felt like I was already in motion.

I booked the time on the calendar and joined the call for the scheduled 30 minutes, but the HR person didn’t show up. I waited, then reached out by email and LinkedIn InMail.

The worst part was how unresponsive it was—there was no reply and no explanation, which made the whole thing feel careless. Even though things were arranged, it still ended with silence after the missed call, and I was left with a bad impression right away.
