My interview journey stretched out over a few weeks, and the structure was pretty standard: multiple rounds with different people across the sales org.

The recruiter kept things moving, and I was generally updated on progress as the process went along.

What made it frustrating wasn’t the interviews themselves so much as what happened around them. I repeatedly noticed delays in the follow-through—radio silence after a promising recruiter note, and no feedback even after I followed up. At one point it took close to a month before I heard anything about their final decision, and I had to reach out a few times to get a response. The whole thing felt like it had good momentum early on, then stalled when it mattered most.
