My experience started badly and never really recovered.

I applied, and the recruiter emailed me a link to schedule a 30-minute call. I showed up on time and waited, and the recruiter didn’t join the call. There wasn’t even a quick reply acknowledging the miss.

After waiting for about 27 minutes, I followed up and asked if she needed to reschedule, but I never got an answer. A few days later, I reached out again, and still nothing came back. I can honestly say it was the worst experience I’d had with a company—less about the rejection and more about wasting my time and being disrespectful about communication.

I didn’t get to any real interview
