My journey followed a clear sequence of calls, each one building toward a final decision.

First I spoke with a recruiter, then I moved to a hiring manager call. After that there was a team-focused conversation to assess fit, followed by a roleplay session.

The final stage was a call with the VP, and the process ended with an offer. It felt like a full loop of evaluation—recruiter alignment, then manager fit, then broader team perspective, then the more performance-based roleplay before senior leadership made the final call.
