My first step was an interview with a senior manager from mass market sales.

The conversation began with introductions and covered my career background, then shifted into how I thought through problems, including the way I explained my thinking process.

The discussion ended up including more general questioning afterward, but the overall feel of that first conversation was structured around understanding both my background and how I approach reasoning rather than just listing past responsibilities.
