Atlanta, GAPosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I finally made it to an initial screening interview, but it was extremely short—only about seven minutes.

During the conversation, I felt like I was being rushed as I tried to answer, and the interviewer kept moving things along so quickly that it didn’t feel like there was room to develop my thoughts.

The interviewer’s pattern of checking “mmhm” and moving directly to the next question made the whole interaction feel pressured rather than conversational. Even though it was professional on the surface, the speed of it made the call feel more like a quick gate than a real evaluation.
