Denver, COPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went into the process expecting to learn more about the role and team, and the early parts were pretty conversational.

My experience began with HR, where they explained the team setup, incentives, and the kinds of products involved. I asked questions that went beyond the basics—what kinds of clients to expect, how incentives worked, and even details like office presence and typical working hours—trying to get a clear picture of what the day-to-day would actually look like.

From there, I ended up with multiple interviews that followed a recognizable pattern: conversations progressed from segment leadership roles into discussions with VPs and peers, and then looped back again through the segment leader and HR.
