I went in expecting a straightforward sales process, but the scheduling and communication issues colored the whole experience.

In my first call, the recruiter canceled just minutes before the interview, and rescheduling turned into a hassle. After that, the recruiter asked very broad questions about my career history and didn’t seem deeply familiar with how Zendesk structured sales work, even when I tried to connect my experience to how deals typically move.
