My process started with three rounds that took a lot more time than I expected.

Each step demanded heavy preparation, especially because there was a presentation involved. By the end, I finished with a panel interview, and I felt like I had done everything I could to make a strong impression.

After that last round, the communication fell apart. I reached out by email multiple times to understand what was happening with the process and whether they were still considering me, but I didn’t get replies. Eventually, a month later, I received an automatic rejection message. It left a really uncomfortable feeling—like I’d been used as extra support to fill gaps in the process
