I interviewed with a recruiter-led kickoff and a coding exercise that was easier than expected, followed by project-focused and final technical rounds.

Recruiter call + kickoff — I got contacted and then started with a recruiter conversation.
Technical experience + coding exercise — I discussed my technical background and did a coding exercise that felt easy and helped me debug.
Final: combined interviews in one day — I then completed a day that included two technical interviews (coding and system design) and a behavioral interview. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that early coding confidence doesn’t guarantee later technical fit to the team’s needs.
