I had a clean, considerate flow starting with a simple HackerRank screen, then moving into a behavioral-focused conversation.

HackerRank assessment — I took a straightforward HackerRank coding challenge.
Recruiter-style interview — After a quick pass/fail notification, I had an interview about past experiences and challenges, and the interviewer was very kind.
Result — I didn’t move forward after this stage. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that even early behavioral screens can be emphasized right after a coding screen.
