I interviewed for Yelp Software Engineer (Toronto) with a long and intense structure over about a week or two, culminating in a lengthy technical session.

Introductory interview — a 30-minute conversation to start.
Technical interview (~4 hours) — an extended technical round that felt intense; most managers were nice, but one was harder to understand.
Follow-up/rounding — the write-up didn’t specify additional rounds beyond noting the long interview. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the experience was demanding and the communication quality varied by interviewer.
