Workday Solutions Engineer interview experience

The sequence eventually led to a presentation to the extended team. After that presentation, I realized they didn’t give any concrete feedback back to me afterward, and I wished I’d been able to understand what I could improve or whether I was being evaluated on how coachable I was.

The process moved fast, but the lack of feedback made it feel harder to close the loop when I didn’t get an offer. What lingered most for me was the sudden ending without any guidance, especially after putting energy into a broader presentation stage.
