I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Veolia through a high-commitment assessment flow that felt difficult and spanned multiple formats.

Personality assessment — I first completed an online personality assessment.
Online assessment center — I then took an assessment center with other candidates.
Two online interviews (same day) — One round was technical; the other focused on my experiences and education.
Final site tour + in-person interview — I later went through an on-site tour and an in-person interview a few weeks afterward. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that this was a long, multi-step evaluation blending psychometrics, group assessment, and both technical and narrative interviews.
