I went through an assessment-day style journey for the Software Engineer role—moderate difficulty, including situational testing, team interactions, and a final in-person walkthrough.

Online situational judgement assessment — I completed an online SJT to evaluate how I’d respond in job-like scenarios.
Assessment day: team lead + group task — I had an individual conversation with the team lead and then a group assessment where we worked through a task.
In-person interview + office walkthrough — I later met in person and toured the head office as part of the final stage. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that the evaluation emphasized scenario judgement plus how I collaborated in a group on a practical task.
