I experienced a relatively quick stage-style interview process with remote steps and a presentation component, though one version involved disorganization and delays.

Phone interview — I started with a telephone conversation.
Skype interview — I followed up on Skype before moving to the final step.
Validation of stage — The last step was a stage confirmation discussion; overall it felt smooth.
Technical presentation round (business-focused) — In a separate similar stage interview, I delivered a technical presentation about business.
Presentation logistics issues — One receptionist didn’t know I was coming and an event delay made me rush. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the main takeaway was that smoothness
