I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Veolia through a multi-stage flow that leaned on HR/team fit before a more interactive assessment day.

HR interview — The first stage was with HR to evaluate my professional background and what I brought, without technical questioning.
Team interview — A second step followed with a member of the team.
Assessment center / site tour — In another similar path, I was invited to an all-in-one-day assessment center with a group exercise and individual exercises, plus a site tour if I progressed. Outcome: No offer reported; the takeaway was that moving forward depended on showing strengths in both fit and structured assessment activities.
