Toronto, ONPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Veolia with a one-way recorded step up front, and the overall format depended heavily on that asynchronous interview.

One-way prerecorded interview — I was sent a link to complete a video interview, but in one case the link expired before completion.
Hiring manager interview — After the prerecorded step, I was expected to speak with the hiring manager to go deeper on the role.
Panel / site visit — The process then anticipated a final panel or in-person visit. Outcome: No offer reported; when the prerecorded interview couldn’t be finished due to link timing, the process stalled entirely.
