Charlottesville, VAPosted Jul 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first contact involved a call that led to an individual and group interview.

After that, I didn’t hear anything for about three months. During that waiting period, I kept thinking I’d been passed over, but when they finally reached out, I was told I had been accepted.

They also made the salary seem firmly nonnegotiable when it came up. With how things were going for me at the time, I ended up accepting it even though it felt like it wasn’t really open for discussion. The process itself was slow and ultimately came down to accepting the terms they presented, which was the most memorable part of the experience.
