University of Virginia Research Analyst interview experience

I felt like my background helped me here—I had been a Rodman Scholar, which made it easier to connect my experience to what they were asking.

The overall impression was that the process was easy as long as I showed my skills and past research clearly. It didn’t feel like they were trying to trip me up; it felt more like they were checking whether my experience matched what the role needed.
