University of Minnesota Research Scientist interview experience

After I applied online, the HR connected me quickly to conduct an interview. The call was on Zoom with my direct manager, and the conversation went pretty well overall.

Eventually, I learned there were other Skype-style stages tied to the way they handled travel. For me, the interview format leaned on presentations of my work and previous projects, plus discussion about what a future project could look like
