I applied online, and before anything else I had to send a short intro video covering why I wanted to join and why they should hire me.

After that, the process became an onsite set of four rounds. I sat down with two different lab PIs, then met with a project lead, and there was also a code review interview as part of the day.

Later, there was a final presentation round with the team where I talked through a project I had done. The vibe was fairly straightforward and easygoing overall, with plenty of chances to show how my background connected to the work they needed, especially through the project-based presentation and discussion.
