My process dragged on longer than I expected and ended up taking about three months.

It started with a basic HR interview, then I had a team lead meeting that included a coding assignment, and after that there was a technical interview with the team.

The coding assignment involved building or coding with Go and Node.js, and the later technical discussion included medium-level data structure questions. What made the timeline feel especially slow was the gaps and the way the process unfolded in stages.

I didn’t get an offer. The reflection I kept was that the technical scope was real, but the long duration made the whole thing feel less efficient than it could’ve been.
