I remember a Unity interview that was primarily about explaining my past project and how I helped others, using a shared-screen coding walkthrough, and I didn’t end up with an offer.

Project-focused interview (shared screen) — I was asked to describe what I built, how I did it, and how my work helped other people.
Walkthrough/live adjustments — the interview included some form of shared-screen code discussion and guidance. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway is that they heavily valued clear storytelling about impact more than abstract problem-solving.
