I expected a standard Unity software engineering hiring flow with multiple evaluation stages, but I didn’t receive an offer.

Application screening — an initial review step to filter candidates.
Initial HR call — a first conversation about fit and background.
Technical/skills assessments — one or more evaluations to test relevant capabilities.
Manager/panel interviews (one or more) — discussions with hiring managers or panels.
Final evaluation — a concluding decision stage that resulted in rejection. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the process mostly sounded typical on paper without specific technical details in my summary.
