I had a promising, comfortable interview experience up front, but the process stopped before it could finish.

Recruiter screen + director-level chat — I started with an engaging recruiter, then spoke with a director.
Panel-style interviews — I went through multiple stages with panels that felt like open conversations rather than interrogation.
Technical/fit progression that was interrupted — When it was time to proceed further, I was told the hiring process was paused for months. Outcome: I didn’t move forward because the process paused after the earlier rounds, despite the interviews feeling very comfortable.
