My interview started with a quick overview of my resume, mostly to gauge interest and to give me space to ask questions about Unity.

After that, I went into what felt like a dedicated team interview day with several back-to-back conversations.

That team day was centered around meeting the people I’d potentially be working with and getting a clearer view of how I’d fit into their day-to-day. The whole format felt focused rather than chaotic, and it stayed grounded in understanding my background and how I approached problems.

The process didn’t lead to an offer. Still, I walked away feeling like the structure was thoughtful and that my conversations were connected to the team I was trying to join.
