I interviewed for Software Engineer and it felt difficult, with multiple structured rounds and a heavy testing component spread over about a couple of weeks.

Hiring manager interview (Zoom) — I met the hiring manager first.
Coding assessment (Codility) — I completed a timed Codility test for about three hours.
Follow-up: senior manager calls — I then had two remote 60-minute interviews with senior managers.
Competency focus — The questions were centered on people management and how I approach the software development lifecycle. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process emphasized managerial competencies alongside rigorous testing.
