My first round was a relaxed culture-fit conversation with a VP, where the tone felt friendly and not overly formal.

After that, I met a lead plus several engineers and a Scrum Master from the team. Each person had their own questions, and while none of them felt individually extreme, having that many interviews back to back did make the overall day feel a bit intense just from volume.

I also experienced a more demanding element in the technical direction—there were practical application-style questions and real-world scenarios, with interactive discussion designed to test familiarity with the tools and how I’d reason through situations.

Overall, the process was best described as average to difficult
