I interviewed for a Software Engineer position and found the overall process easy-to-manage, moving from screening into technical evaluation and then a values-focused discussion.

Recruiter call — I connected with a recruiter first.
Technical screening — I went into a technical screening round.
Tech test — I completed a technical test.
Debrief + deeper questions — I reviewed my tech test and answered more in-depth follow-ups.
Culture fit / HR interview — I discussed Unity values with examples, including resolving situations where I was in the wrong. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the structure was clear and staged toward both skills and values.
