It took about four weeks from the first recruiter contact to receiving an offer.

The whole interview set was only four meetings, and they were all online except the HR component.

The first conversation was with the hiring manager, then I did two technical interviews with members of the team I’d be joining, and finally I met the team lead/boss. Everything moved in a friendly, professional atmosphere, and the technical interviews felt like genuine discussions rather than traps.

I ended up getting an offer, and honestly the best part was the vibe—everyone came across as skilled and easy to talk with, which made the evaluation feel more human than transactional.
