United StatesPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn, and he set up an interview with the hiring manager and then a technical test.

After I passed the technical test, I advanced into a virtual onsite interview.

Every conversation I had felt natural and enjoyable, which made the flow feel less mechanical than some hiring processes. It stayed focused on understanding my background and how I’d perform in the role.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the overall experience still stood out as positive. The biggest thing I remember was how smooth and human the conversations felt from start to finish.
