I went through a long, multi-round Unity interview loop for a Software Engineer role and didn’t end up moving forward after roughly three months.

Recruiter screen — A first pass conversation about my fit and background.
Hiring manager interview — Followed by an assessment focused on how I’d work in the role.
Technical abilities test — A coding-focused evaluation.
Behavioral / cultural interview — Questions blending experience and culture fit.
Final interview (VP-level) — A final high-level conversation.
Outcome check — I didn’t receive the offer, and the overall process felt thorough but ultimately unsuccessful. Outcome: No offer after a structured, months-long sequence; the later rounds didn’t
