I interviewed for Software Engineer with an average difficulty and a structured flow that included recruiter calls, then several short org-fit conversations.

WhatsApp call + recruiter Zoom — I started with a quick WhatsApp call and then a recruiter call.
Technical round (unspecified format) — I completed a technical interview.
Org fit rounds (30 minutes each) — I had three separate 30-minute conversations with the hiring manager and senior leadership roles in BI development and data engineering. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process emphasized aligning with the team and org structure as much as the technical screen.
