CanadaPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a difficult-feeling process that started with a quick HR call and then used a take-home dev test followed by several structured technical/behavioral interviews.

HR screen — a short introductory call.
Take-home dev test — four questions with one week to complete it.
Interview about the take-home — I discussed the test work.
Technical & behavioral interviews (3x, ~45 min each) — rounds combining technical and behavioral questions.
Preparation guidance — the topics to discuss were shared in advance, and HR was responsive about scheduling. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt fair and guided, which helped me prepare even though it was still demanding.
