I interviewed for Software Engineer with an average difficulty and felt it was well-supported and responsive at each stage, with both onsite technical depth and leadership alignment.

Zoom with group lead — I started with a short video interview.
Onsite technical interview — I did a longer onsite session focused on architecture and coding questions.
Onsite HR interview — I met with HR to discuss fit and expectations.
Expectations matching with VP R&D — I aligned on what success would look like.
Recommendations — The process ended with next steps and recommendations. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the team was supportive even through the difficult parts of the loop.
