I interviewed for Software Engineer with an average difficulty, and the format felt staged and somewhat informal, with a mix of developer-level technical interviews and leadership conversations.

PM round (more informal, onsite) — I met a PM and discussed expectations in a lighter format.
Developer technical interviews — I did a round with two interviews and four developers total, focused on technical discussion.
Director round (more informal) — I met with a director in another conversational stage. Outcome: I did not get an offer, and the takeaway was that the journey prioritized communication and role fit across levels rather than one intense assessment.
