FinlandPosted Apr 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a very tedious Unity process with multiple steps and minimal clarity on why I didn’t progress.

Multi-step interviews — The process ran through several rounds including coding and other conversations.
Coding + assignments — I completed a coding challenge and participated in multiple interview sessions.
Final rejection without actionable feedback — In the end, I was rejected via a generic message that didn’t explain what I was lacking.
Post-interview follow-up issues — In a separate attempt, I didn’t hear back from HR after a final round despite following up. Outcome: No offer; the main takeaway was a lack of meaningful feedback and follow-through.
