UKG Consultant interview experience

The whole thing landed on the lighter side of the spectrum, but what stood out was the impression that the peer interviewer was responding more to personal likeability than to the specific skills and fit for the role. I left with the sense that it wasn’t purely a competence-based evaluation, even though the process itself didn’t feel complicated.
