My technical interview leaned heavily into API integration concepts, and that made it feel medium in difficulty.

A lot of the discussion revolved around DataWeave as well as REST and SOAP-based web services.

They also asked about tools and protocols I’d used in real workflows—things like Postman and the difference between HTTPS and HTTP. Other topics included CRUD, runtime manager, and API manager, along with Design Center. Cloud computing and CI/CD also came up during the questioning.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview was at least coherent in what it tested. It felt like they were checking for breadth across the API ecosystem rather than one narrow technical skill.
