UKG Consultant interview experience

It was a three-level interview journey with different managers, but it also started with a larger selection step.

Before the manager interviews, they tested about forty candidates all on one date. I was selected from that group testing to move into the level interview process, and then I went through the three manager stages.

It felt fairly average in difficulty overall—more structured and methodical than intense. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt like it was built to evaluate fit and potential across multiple checkpoints rather than based on one standout moment.
