UKG Consultant interview experience

The process felt like a standard multi-round evaluation for my experience level, with about two to three rounds depending on how the conversations evolved. What stood out was that the panel seemed considerate and helpful throughout, and they treated the process as an ongoing dialogue rather than a series of gotchas. I liked that the questions stayed grounded in the domain they were hiring for.
