After applying, I had an online Codility step with several questions that focused on C++-style problem solving.

Then I moved to onsite where I was given a (pretty bad) laptop to complete multiple coding tasks on a sheet of prompts within about an hour. After that first onsite coding block, an interviewer came in and asked questions pulled from my resume for roughly half an hour, and I then did a further onsite conversation with three engineers. That last part didn’t feel like another formal skills test; it was more about walking through my background and doing a light behavioral check. Overall, the feedback I received felt good during the loop, which made the later silence more frustrating.
