My interview process had four parts: system design, an OOP-focused discussion, and two LeetCode-style questions.

The technical interviews were each about an hour, and they were split into two halves. In the first half I coded, and in the second half I talked through my approach with the interviewer.

Overall it felt like a fairly structured evaluation. The combination of system design and OOP meant I couldn’t stay purely in algorithms, and the requirement to explain my thinking out loud during the second half of each technical round made it more than just “solve and move on.”
