I found the role on LinkedIn and sent in an application online.

A recruiter got back to me quickly and invited me to take a Codility test. The following day I was told I failed, with no explanation at all.

I asked for additional feedback, but I was ignored. The process felt very unilateral: I took the test, got a quick rejection, and then had no path to understand what happened or how to improve.

That experience left me feeling like the evaluation criteria weren’t communicated, even though I had reached the coding stage.
