The interview felt very cordial and laid back, with normal questions that didn’t feel like they were meant to catch me off guard.

I remember being asked behavioral prompts, including times when a group project I was working on failed and also moments when I took the lead on a difficult project.

The difficulty level was very easy, and the structure felt relaxed—more like telling stories than performing under pressure. It didn’t come across as highly technical. I walked into the conversation expecting standard behavioral screening, and that’s exactly what it felt like.
