For a master’s-level position, my interview process ended up being pretty succinct.

It mainly covered why I was interested in the job, how my qualifications aligned with the role, and then there was some general conversation about the field.

The overall difficulty felt easy, and the pacing reflected that—there wasn’t a long sequence of hurdles, just a focused check on motivation and fit. Even with the short format, I had to be clear about my background and what I would bring to the work. I remember the conversation being comfortable enough that it didn’t feel intimidating, and I was left with a straightforward view of what they were looking for.
