The University of Massachusetts Amherst Research Analyst interview experience

The meeting was informal and relaxed, and it didn’t feel structured at all.

The questions were easy and conversational, mostly centered on whether I was interested in what I would be studying and how well I could contribute to the project. I remember leaving the discussion and realizing they were already leaning toward the decision—right when the meeting ended, I was informed I had the position and that I was the last interview they were running, so they hired me on the spot. The difficulty was very easy, and it felt like a confident, low-drama process.
